  1. How long is the photo/videoshoot? Photo shoots typically take between 45 minutes to 1,5 hours depending on the square footage of the house and which package you choose.
  2. When will I receive my photos/video? All photos and video are returned to the client 48 hours after photo shoot.
  3. How are my photos/video delivered? We deliver photos/video via a wetransfer link to your mail (if this don’t work we will bring you a USB-stick).
  4. How do i prepare for the photo/video shoot? See our tips page. The neater your home looks, the better the photographs will turn out. Prepping the home is absolutely vital to successful listing photos. 
  5. Who owns the photos or video? Drone & Photography Aruba owns the copyright to the photos and videos. We grant the client use of the photos for websites, social media, and printing purposes. You are not allowed to give them to other agents.
  6. Is it allowed to fly with the drone? we follow the guidelines set by the DCA and we have close contact with the contact person over there.

Family, love, portrait, new born

  3. How are my photos/video delivered? We deliver photos/video with logo via a wetransfer link to your mail, you can choose your photos, give me the numbers of photos that you want and I send you the photos in high quality without logo again via wetransfer.
  4. How do i prepare for the photo/video shoot? Please be yourself.  What can you wear? Beautiful neutral colors often match well and are nice and warm in the photo. Colors like cream, ocher yellow, brown, terracota, green, grey, light pink are colors that always look great in photos. Flowy long maxi dresses for the women are beautiful. What should you especially not wear? Very bright colors like bright red, blue, pink or yellow reflect on the skin. So this is not recommended to wear. Big brands, artworks such as Disney characters also suffer a lot from the photo.
  5. Who owns the photos or video? Drone & Photography Aruba owns the copyright to the photos and videos. We grant the client use of the photos for own use, social media, and printing purposes. You are not allowed to give them to commercial or non-profit companies.
